Usually, but not always. He seems to be right more often than your boy Dregger though. Is he included in your salary cap? - AlexF
Meh, Dreger is mediocre.
Better than the Sportsnet hacks (not including Friedman now), but still mediocre. |

HB is the perfect antidote for that. Maybe not perfect, but a reasonable alternative. Maybe not actually reasonable, but something to consider. Maybe not someth- aw fcuk it. Alcohol it is. |

For (some of!) your fan's sake I hope so.
The moves made by your GM however suggest to me that next year is going to be a tough one as well. - lumlums
Well, at least Benning made some moves to stock the system, unlike Toronto which has zero organizational depth. You did get Polak though so I suppose he is a Norris trophy favourite now. |

This the new more modern Dave Nonis. Now with the help of Shanny they can both figure out a way to resign and overpay Raymond and Bolland and bring in aging legend Marty Brodeur . If that doesn't spell Stanley Cup ,then nothing does |

Where do you see Dalpe fitting in? He's my Hansen replacement for me, he's got serious wheels and I believe he can pop in 10 or more given the chance. - LeftCoaster
NHL tweener, very good AHL player IMO. |

That is different though. I don't mind that . I just don't want to bring in Bolland and ship out Burr. if you are going for an agitation line Burr is one of the best when he plays that part. - VANTEL
That's one expensive agitating 3rd line. |

...good luck with that - lumlums
He's more of a thinker baby...Linden does the talking but Benning is the mastermind |

Benn's not happening. Iginla is still chasing a cup, not to mention his # isn't available here. |

Umm did you read that properly? It was a projection of what we've got in Virtanen. |

Hansen plays enough of a two-way game and with at least some grit to fit in a bottom 6. Dalpe shouldn't be on this team and I don't suspect Benning has him penciled in the lineup either. |

Benn's a better playmaker and more patient with the puck IMO. Obviously both things Virtanen can potentially improve on. The guy is a physical freak(weight and speed) by NHL draft standards though. |

how can you know that when he plays three minutes a game? I don't think the organization knows what they have in him, he's never played a meaningful role. I think you're wrong. He may end up in the AHL, but it won't be because he under performed in his three minutes. |
