Tampa sends Gagner and winger Crombeen to Arizona for a 2015 6th round pick... this according to NHL.com.

That is absolutely ridiculous! Tim Murray needs to make nice really quickly with his GM counterparts because that is clearly one guy doing another a solid. Murray is preaching cap space and willingness to take on contracts from the highest mountain and nobody is playing along with him. We're dropping guys like Ehrhoff and can't even get a center/winger like Gagner for a 6th round pick (with only 2 years remaining on his contract)... oh, did I forget to mention that he's former linemates with Patrick Kane from their OHL days? Nice recruitment piece... would of could of should of... anyways.

Recruitment for Pat Kane? I would think McDavid is recruitement enough. And that is if the Sabres even get a sniff at Kane, who I doubt won't hit the open market until he's washed up. Give Murray some time, we have all off season.

No Gagner Please . Played here before . He was call Tim Connolly back then . We do not have to be in on every move made in the NHL by the way . Let Murray get who he wants , it is early yet . They dumped Gagner for nothing . Obviously the GM's are not impressed with him either . Woops traded again . Real hot commodity . How could Tim pass him up ?

The sky is falling because TM hasn't made a deal...geez You watch when he does it with be a blockbuster and Myers will be the key piece going. TB is looking for a right handed D-man so maybe we get TB's 2015 first, Adam Erne and a player. Acquiring Erne who is a TM type player might be a good way to get Grigorenko going as he was his line mate in juniors.
