I think I would rather have a head case like TT here for a year at $4mil.

These ufa's should be looked at like hookers. You are not paying them to stay long term. Just want the ufa to fill in until the young crop of beauties are ready for show time and leave via the back door.

I'd rather see Miller go to SJ and we get Niemi as a salary dump for 1 season.

All that cap recapture and cba stuff has really hurt a lot of teams. We could have kept Lu and had a top 10 goalie for years to come.
