Every GM since Kevin Lowe became Pres hasn't made a move because him and Katz are in bed together. Lowe makes the decisions not MacT. Sad because I think that organization would do well if he wasn't there. MacT has the sense to make the right moves but Lowe will never let that happen. Lowe has been detrimental to that team ever improving.

I'm guessing Buffalo gets the #1 pick next year.
