Well we had the Vaneks and Millers dictating the show. I'm so glad they are gone . And I was a Vanek fan. Just hated what it seemed that he brought to the team.

I totally agree, it's easy to label his "heartless" moves and moves made because they arn't his guys but honestly, I feel like even if he hand picked the entire team and a young guy was doing better than a vet, he wouldn't blink an eye at getting rid of him.

If this team were pushing for a playoff spot, then I'd agree with you. The fact that we're a few years away makes me zero concerned about our goaltending situation. See: Makarov, Hackett, Ullmark, Petersen.
