It's not like he would be the missing piece to the puzzle, He would be nothing more than a stop gap. MDZ would be nice too.

I'd give him 5M over 2 years. He could help Reinhart learn the center position while Reinhart plays the wing. You could flip Legwand too, if Reinhart is taking the reigns. Gives more versatility at the very least.

Just saying he went from 2nd pairing mins in 12/13 to literally 6th d-man mins last year. IMO his skills are diminishing.

Good explanation of the Ehrhoff trade. To make the risk of the recpature penalty worth it, Murray needed a compelling offer and didn't get it. Risk outweighed reward so he went with the option he knew wouldn't come back and bite him in the ass when it came time to pay the studs we've been drafting the past couple/few years.

He's a little on the small side for me and with our current centers I don't see where he would really fit.
