Yeah, like last year with Myers, Foligno needs to prove to be a capable and consistent third liner this year. I expect 30 points and a great effort on most nights.

He may actually start the season on IR. Depends on how much of a repair they had to make to his shoulder. They've been pretty quiet about it. But some shoulder surgeries can take 6 months to rehab.

IMO Foligno could even be more than that, but I agree he needs a 30 point 10 goal season and build on It

Iginla didn't get resigned by Boston because he was looking for 2-3 years. We are looking to give 2-3 year deals to Vets... Maybe he comes here at his own term.. then be traded at the deadline...

If he really wants to win id imagine he would take less to go to a team like SJ. I doubt the Nucks are the only team interested in him. I mean he isn't what he used to be but he still is the best F/A goalie on the market

Butler lead the NHL in blocked shots last year... would be a solid 2nd line guy who can eat 18-21 minutes a game.

I'd take a flyer on Peter Mueller. If he's over his concussion issues, he's a hell of a player.

Always liked Butler too.

Not interested in Orpik or Stempniak. Orpik is got some hard miles on him plus his age is up there and I've never liked Stempniak.
