What was the out come?

Very happy about the D prospects they are accumulating.

I like the draft this year (from what I've read, I really don't watch these guys much).

My comment on the 3 yr plan was I heard Hextall say, in regards to the Flyers D, that they will have older guys who will be on the end of their deals when some of the prospects are about ready. He thought it would be a natural transition.

Flyers will always be a team that will try to win every year. I love that about them, but also think they sometimes can take that attitude too far, in regards to sacrificing future assets for TDL pick ups.

I agree that they have taken it too far and gambled the future to try and win now. They did that a lot. As an example they traded a 1st round pick for Kris Versteeg back in 2010. Well that player could be ready to play with the Flyers by now depending on who they picked with it.
