ummm, the Canucks are set up to be hitting the golf course pretty damn early this year. And every year for the foreseeable future. |

The TSN guy Farhan is saying he wouldn't take a 1 year deal from the Canucks. Guessing the Leafs promised him the 3LC spot? |

Decent AHL player. Should really help the Marlies. |

He was a good depth 3rd centre before he was injured. I question why Nonuts picked him up instead of playing Holland. He seems ready. Very similar players. |

He sucks as of 5 minutes ago.
He's a decent skater, works his ass off. Decent offensively. Okay defensively. Has had some nice possession numbers in a couple of seasons in the past. Good deal for the Leafs. Can play C/W, versatile guy. |

Yeah, having a Hertl and Couture is definitely a big plus. But you gotta think that they need a shakeup, not because of a lack of talent, but just for the sake of some change. - Nucker101
Put Pitt in that category too |

Might use him on the fourth or as a winger perhaps. |

Most have said he plays both C and W. Nothing wrong with having a few guys that can play centre moved to the wing. Especially when injuries hit. I'm guessing they don't want to run into the same issues as last year, when they had their top 3 centres hurt. He may well have Holland and Santorelli on the same line. |

Too many 3rd liners here... He has a better shot at setting himself up for next contract in Toronto.

Ohhh boy... Benning actually thinks they'll be able to turn the Sedins into north/south players. |

Agreed. Santorelli was great for us but we just have too many friggin' 3rd line centers these days. |

Decent low risk deal and it's better than bringing Raymond back again. |

He can fill in as a 2C as well. He even played some first line minutes last year and did quite well |
