Just wrote this, but I still think that lineup is better. Maybe it's smarter to wait and see how Fayne and Nikitin fair. If they look like top 4 guys, then maybe the trade is feasible.

I have no issue moving Petry for Berglund in a deal, but we damn well better be acquiring another d-man in a trade shortly after that.

This isn't like moving Gagner who you didn't plan at playing at center anyway.

I think EDM gets worse. I'd rather play Draisaitl-Arco than trade Petry, unless it's in a package for a better Dman

100% Bubba. Arco and Petry is a better Gamble than Berglund and no Petry.

100% bubba. Legwand to me brings leadership, experience, good size, good skater, and knows 2way hockey. Why not offer him 2-3 years? 1 year as 2C, transition year for LD and settles in as our shut down C.....I don't see a near future 3C in our system anyway so who would he be holding back?
