Any top ten rock list that leaves out G n R and even Motley Crue needs some serious adjusting. - ruttager17
Maybe a top 10 albums list GnR is there. Appetite is stacked. Only top 10 list Motley Crue makes is Hair metal, some good music, but a lot of crap too. |

100% Bubba. But that is a band that's sh!t work has somewhat spoiled their good work. They sucked so bad for so long I hardly ever think to listen to them. I did buy Justice on vinyl about 6 months ago, smoked a J and just vegged on the couch to it. It was (frank)ing awesome. - Jeropotato
Niiiiice!!.. I love the song " Blackened" .. The last good album by a once great band. |

Sorry I'm late, but I wanted to comment on this, despite my age.
If you're making a list on the guys that revolutionized the craft, then yes, The Ramones can be there. Otherwise, eat a (frank)ing d!ck! The lyrics are poorly written, the vocalist sounds like he's gargling semen, the guitar parts are simple and droll beyond belief, and the drummer was, well, a very average drummer.
I can't argue with your top-3- maybe The Clash could be bumped down, but I won't contest that right now- or Van Halen cause they all did big things for the genre, but beyond that, it's all your personal preference.
EDIT: Switch The Clash and Iron Maiden around. - MaximumBone
These are my personal fav's....suck a dyck if you don't like em,
Edit: I can't believe I left RUSH of my list |

A top 10 list is brutal for me to try but I can list some bands I really like in no particular order.
System of a Down
Nirvana
Epica
Rammstein
Iron Maiden
Foo Fighters
Slayer
Lagwagon
No Fun At All
No Use for a Name
Johnny Cash
Rush
Ozzy
Tragically Hip
Weezer
I'll stop the list there...There's just so many good bands. |

According to many people (most likely deaf) in this thread, Nirvana wasn't very good. |

Appetite was a great album...everything else was pretty weak, and then Axl threatened to release that 'Chinese Democracy' album for about 10 or 15 before that chunk of poop came out. |
