oh my - homiedclown
There arent any rules on being a fan or what you can do as a fan. If some 45 year old wants to buy a jersey of a rookie kid who has promise, who am I to question that or tell him he cant do it because hes 45? Just ridiculous. I hate elitists. My opinion is always right. |

You might want to turn that Buffalo right side up. I think we're headed in the right direction. Of course your opinion on the subject will always be right |

There are "mancard" rules, however. |

I'll change it after we get Eichel. Yep, you heard it hear first, the Sabres will be drafting Eichel next year.

To feeble minded individuals, certainly. Im an alpha so I dont live by any rules or listen to what some beta's created to make themselves appear alpha. |

The only instances where a grown man should wear a sports jersey with an athletes name on it :
If you are a professional athlete
If you're the father of that athlete
If the jersey is from a beloved retired professional athlete (ex : Perreault)
But go ahead and buy that Reinhart jersey, if you're a little girl/boy or a teenage girl. - kritter65
Life is short and you can do whatever you want.
If you abide by a self-created list of rules for wearing hockey sweaters, I pity you. |

He has a point. The last time I bought/received a "nameplate" jersey was in 1998 or 1999 when I got both a Doug Flutie and a Rob Johnson jersey. I was thirteen years old at the time. I haven't had a desire to buy a jersey since. |

I'm one of the younger members on here, so I haven't really had an opportunity to buy the jersey of someone who's younger than me. It probably won't interest me either, to be honest.
but if you're really judging someone on what player's name they have stitched on their jersey, it's pathetic.
I don't abide by anyone else's "rules" |

I never established a "rule". I'm just saying any time I go to a game, a bar, whatever, and I see a forty-something wearing a jersey of a 20 year-old, it just looks more than a little weird to me. |

Regier discussion, if anyone is interested in educating the Coyotes' blogger. - PassionBucket16
Meh...he's not in any position to make any real decisions for that franchise. That was his problem. When it came down to make the decisions that really set the direction of his team, his ego got in the way. |

I'll ask this again because no one answered
Want to buy a Leino jersey and replace it with Reinhart's name plate. They've got legit ones on NHL.COM for 71 dollars plus shipping.. that's not terrible considering the rest on there are more but I was hoping to get one cheaper but cant really tell which sites are legit.. Anyone know of a site with legit looking cheap jerseys where I might be able to find a Leino? If not any stores in Buffalo? |

Oh.. and Kritter65 and anyone else who questioned me wanting to buy a jersey of a player younger than me can go ahead and kneel down and kiss my a**! I'll do whatever I want! This team sucks and every promising player on it besides maybe Moulson/Gionta and Georges is a young promising player. If I want to buy a jersey of what could be one of our best players I'm going to f'ing do it! And for your information I'm in my early 20's so he's not that much younger than I am anyway.. Worry about your own problems instead of female dogging about me wanting to buy a damn jersey!
