For fourth line toughness I would wait until all roster moves are done then sign a guy like Westgarth for 800k as a optional 4 th liner for teams like the Bruins

I wonder if this is just speculation? I've seen people source Botchford for saying this, but haven't seen Botchford stating it.
Regardless, I can think of a few teams who could use a goaltending prospect; WPG, OTT, CAR, TOR (if Reimer gets moved or not ) maybe even PIT or PHI. |

If there is truth to the rumor that Markstrom want out it, it's because he wants to play. My guess is he's looking for a one-way deal and would rather have it with a team where he can battle for playing time rather than have it as foregone conclusion that he'll only start 20 games. My two cents. |
