If a team wins the lottery, and moves up to select first overall, they cannot win the lottery (and select first overall) for the next five seasons ............ unless they actually finish in last place overall and also win the lottery.

He uses Edmonton as an example, as they've selected first overall a couple of times now, by winning the lottery.

As for me, could care less you wins and selects first overall, as it will be who it is, and there's no control over it, don't waste my time "struggling" with things over which I have little or no control. Just I don't "struggle" with the price of a Rolls Royce, as it's not something I'll ever consider buying ............ unless I win a Lottery!
