This hasn't been mentioned and maybe it's not a huge factor but Buffalo is back to playing 20+ back to back games after having that number reduced significantly last year. Friday night home games are back so the Sat b2b makes for some tired legs. On the flip side without a true #1 they can utilize a fresh goalie each night. Still, more b2b's could cost them a couple points this year.

What are you talking about?? He's going to be up here full time this year.. he was only sent back to AHL last year because they wanted him to become a leader and top pairing guy.

Just saw.. But don't count on Weber playing top 4 even if Teddy boy loves him.. The talent of the other 4 will outweigh that and Nolan will be fine with Weber playing the tough 5th-7th D man

In no particular order...

Buffalo, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Toronto, Arizona, Winnipeg will all be in the mix for the bottom 4 maybe Isles as well but don't count on it... See them finishing 9th 10th in conference..

Wont be able to get away with that this year.. last year sure.. Murray wanted it.. this year he wants his young guys who are in the line up to play with the talent that matches there's. Don't think for a second if Nolan puts Kaleta and McCormick on the 3rd line and Reinhart on the 4th that Murray wont be giving Teddy a call and telling him to let the good players play where they need to.

Not that I can't see it happening but I do have a hard time believing we'd be better than all 7 of those teams.
