That's my point though, you could make the case the the team fell apart because he fell apart or that he fell apart because the team around him fell apart.

Classic chicken/egg scenario. Like I said you can make the case either way. But I do agree that if someone outlandishly overpays, you move him. But I would apply that to any player on this team (yes even Girgensons).

You don't need to be big to be tough to play against though. I'm sure Giroux, Crosby and Kane are plenty tough to handle and none of them are 6 feet tall. shouldn't want rid of a player because of his size if he brings it every night and can put up points.

There is reason Myers name keeps coming up . Other teams all covet him . They are hoping the Sabres don't realize what they have . A little more development and the kid will be an all star annually . But some Buffalo fans have no patience to see that so they keep trying to give him away.

I'd rather have Ennis at 5 mil than Matt Moulson. They set the bar for him with Coho's contract, I'd be shocked if he got anything less than 4.5 mil.
