What about his hockey sense? If anything his offensive zone positioning without the puck is solid, he gets himself into areas where he can use his shot for a scoring chance. Something a lot of our forwards struggled to do these past 2 seasons. Defensively, he needs to be smarter for sure but as a young winger he can get away with it and work on it.

No Richardson? The guy is out best face off man, he needs to be in the line up even if it is only only on the 4th.

I also don't think Vrbata is the right guy for the Sedins, they need someone to go get the puck for them in. I would be okay with Burrows up there still but really hope Kassian get the opportunity. I think the only competition for a roster spot this year for forwards will be Vey and Jensen and it my guess Vey gets a one way deal which more or less seals the deal. Unless of course a trade is made.

I just don't see it in jensen I'm sorry nice shot terrible with the puck can't dig it out not enough hockey sense to play with he big boys. Like I said obviously I could be wrong I don't see him as a big leaguer I'm sorry.

Don't be sorry. Your entitled to your opinion. His defensive game improved immensely over the last couple seasons. He is calm in his own zone. Doesn't make stupid plays and skates his lane. His turn over are always in the offensive zone as he is trying to make plays. He has vision, hands and speed to compete. Intimidation factor is a knock against him. He isn't an alpha player. Still a good player though.

I think Jensen Burrows and a playmaking center could add some punch

I think if he was paired with Mathias and Hansen he would be in the AHL in no time.

Set him up with a playmaker like,V ey and a digger like Burrows on the third and I. Think you would have an effective line

We once had Hodgson and Schroeder pencilled in as our future 1-2 center punch with Rodin riding shotgun as a winger in the top 6. Just saying that it's kinda pointless.

13th forward at best for me, play him if you'e afraid the other team will take runs at your guys. The Kings still keep taking runs at the Sedins, you need toughness that can actually play more than 5 minutes so they'll actually be out on the ice and not put out after the fact to "send a message". If you have toughness that can actually play, you'll be the team that's actually taking runs at their top players and throwing their team off of their game and looking for a "moral victory" instead of 2 points.

If Shinkaruk is actually ready then that looks pretty sexy. Definitely more goals than last year. Higgins and Hansen for more picks would also be nice.

I've seen enough, possession stats are also atrocious. Basically similar to all other 4th line scrubs around the league that never mounted to anything more. He's nice to have for a fight since he's our only heavyweight, but he's not a good player.
