The fact the NYI decided to surrender their 2015 1st is beyond me. I don't care that they had the 5th overall. Next years draft is deep! If the Isles run into some injury problems or just stink it up again.....can u imagine what that pick could become??? Buffalo will already get McDavid or Eichel.

Zadorov is a beast. Risto is an all round great dman and Mccabe is quietly going to surprise everyone. He was lights out at the WJC few years back.

Rebuilding the right way. Its going to pay off in 3 years.

foligno has to work on his consistency for sure,but with the current depth on the roster and in the minors he becomes a third or fourth line winger.and I would take him all day in that role.

Josh Gorges on Hockey hotline . He has known Tyler Myers since he was a Kelowna Rocket , actually the Rockets asked him to give him a little talk about being a Rocket . He repeated almost verbatim would reps from other franchises have told me about Myers . You can't teach that size and has remarkable skating ability for a man that size . Good to hear.

The Sabres are in the midst of how a rebuild should be done, and may be faster than some think. Despite a few lean years ahead, this team will be very interesting to follow in the near future. If Buffalo can land either McDavid or Eichel, look out!

the irony is absolutely killing me that you think tim murray is the one that waits too long to pull the trigger. the market is what the market is. there was like 3 teams that made any sense for miller.

What I said was, I think Darcy would have netted 2 first rd picks for Miller & Ott.

To do that you'd have to trade them to different teams, of course. But I think Regire's track record suggests as much.
