Because they could have got a skilled forward prospect like Bjorkstrand in the 3rd round, something the Flyers really need in the system.

Bjorkstrand, Duclair, Janmark, Verhaeghe, Cassels, Andrighetto, Lipon... lot of really skilled players went after Z2... I'm figuring a number of them will end up being top-6 NHL forwards down the line.
