Pretty much. I knew they were going to suck. We all did. But there are varying degrees of suck. They were the worst.

Give up your seasons tickets ! There is a waiting list . This rebuild is nothing like Edmonton's . Defense was built first with lots of strong later round picks as well . I have been a fan since they came into the NHL and it is nice to see it being done right and not the usual haphazard scramble to build a team to finish 8th . I want to be a powerhouse , not a yearly also ran to keep some grumpy season ticket holders happy.

Sorry you do not feel that way and are happy with mediocrity.

He's not Shea Weber or Drew Doughty........ Most of us realize that. It's not me who needs a reality check. It's people that expect a Norris candidate or consider him a bust if hes not

It was never meant to be one year. Any hockey junkie would know that. We've been deconstructing for 3 years. We are completely, or if you want to count Stafford/Stewart, mostly done deconstructing. It's all rebuilding from here on out. Evidence proves this by bringing in leadership, building blocks to usher these kids in. They're the foundation, guys like Gionta, Gorges and maybe another vet in the coming season or two. Rebuilding the RIGHT way is a big process, and I don't know about you, but I'm sick and (frank)ing tired for striving for 8th place. I'll back this plan 24/7/365.[/img]

As far as I know except for blackouts of course. Love that Boone Jenner kid and now that they brought in Hartnell even better.

Just saying being bad season after season didn't do much for turning that franchise around did it.Gave up on the Bills 10 years after their last Superbowl loss .I will say tho they finally look like a team ready to make a run again.
