They have great player development . They do not rush players into the NHL . Buffalo fans here need to get that when developing our young ones .

Depends on the player . You have to consider where they draft . Usually 20 and up . Those are not the players you can rush in . When Detroit brings a player up . They are ready and usually stay .

I enjoyed JST's interview. The last core had one power forward, and that was Drew Stafford. He's hardly a power forward. Now we have guys like Baptiste, Foligno, Fasching, JST, Compher, Girgensons, Lemieux, Deslauriers and Bailey. Need a pair of elite forwards and this team is going to steamroll.
