Me too. I have an iHome alarm clock with a sleep function. It's glorious.
I've been binging on (pardon my hipsterness) Half Moon Run's album for like the last week or so. I've always loved one of their songs, Unofferable, but never really listened to the album all the way through- or at least never got into it- until very recently great stuff. Kind of Indie/mellow...good stuff would recommend. - Giroux_Is_God
I will check it out, thanks. My wife dragged me to a country music festival, and I find myself listening to some of the bands we saw there more and more. I've also been listening to a lot of Jimmy Buffet this summer. |

She'd probably hit a pole and break the damned thing.
She was driving her dad's car up to Wilkes Barre-he had it for like a week-and she was backing up out of a parking spot, with the camera on...and backed into a snow bank. No damage, but she was mortified. |

Unofferable is one of those songs (at least for me) that I just LOVED right away. It immediately jumped into that top tier of GiG's music. |

If you like country, I'd recommend Denver (the Band) - you may hate them but I listen to them all the time. |

It's awesome when you hear a song that just nails it for you. I haven't had one hit me right out of the box in awhile. |

There's a comedy sketch out there, I forget who, about how people have to mow their little bags of pretzels. Funny poop |

I like some country. When i was in the Navy, my roomie for school was from Tennessee. He got me into it a little, stuff like Garth, Hank Jr, Brooks & Dunn...my wife and her friends are really into it, so I've listened to a lot of it, but not really a huge fan.
But I enjoyed the music we saw at the festival, so I've been listening to some of the bands we saw. Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisley, Eric Paslay(who sort of looks like Giroux with a playoff beard), Randy Houser.
It has struck me that most of today's country is sort of like Bon Jovi with a twang
But I will add Denver to my list of stuff to check out, because I'm always open to new music. |

Dierks is my favorite current mainstream country guy. My (eldest) brother played one of his songs, I hated it , but then I loved it. Started liking country after that |
