So much negativity and downgrading of everything that has to do with the team. If the player we get isn't a Crosby or generational player , Trade him for prospects so we can draft one And wait another 3 years till he is good . If he doesn't score 50 goals 1st year in the NHL he is a bust. Doesn't win 40 games and get 39 shut outs , he sucks. Some of you guys should look at what you settled for (wrong word) as your girlfriend and maybe you would smile at some of the moves the Sabres brass has made.

you said he has won everywhere he's been, yet you don't comment on the fact he has only one 42% of the games he's coached, and a good chunk of those where with the best goalie in the world in net.

I know a lot about him, from many different people in the know, they all say the same thing. I have no reason not to believe them.

And when I say this it's just from stories I've heard from people who have played in the league.. No facts here and I'm not judging him based on this but coaches who have been around a while might know facts and not respect him because of it..

He took an Islander team that was a lottery team to the postseason. That shouldn't be ignored either.

I couldn't care less about whether he did that or not. That's something he'll have to live with personally, and quite frankly, none of my business. It's irrelevant, and I highly doubt that's why he and Muckler didn't get along, or why he couldn't get another job in the league for another 10 years.

Ted Nolan basically has the ability to make really bad to mediocre teams get their fanbases to feel better about themselves, nothing more.
