I hope he comes out focused and is a leader on the blue line

Anyone saying he is a 3 or 4 defenseman is just a basher . He is a good 2 at worst with the potential to be a fine 1.

Is it ? Another good year this year . His bridge deal ends and the Subban contract has now set the bar . The Salary cap goes up . No telling what he gets . Who is being a jerk . Stating the reality of the Myers deal and also have the foresight to see he is not even near his potential yet . And not seizing the opportunity to bash the kid .

It seems Buffalo fans seem to dwell on bashing their best player . Now that Miller is not around it seems to be Myers. We have lots of potential coming up great . But none of them have shone in an NHL game yet . Myers has . He is really starting to come into his own . But the usual suspects around here could never accept that . Like I said to bad we could not have drafted Ekblad and traded Myers. So you could all jump on Ekblad first bad game he had.

my beef with myers, was once he got paid, he showed up out of shape and looked lost on the ice

that was the same path we saw from the suck sisters


worst thing for myers was winning that calder, having rr as a coach and the team trying to make him what he is not


let him fly down the ice, put up 50 points a season, run the pp and take it up a few levels so the fans don't need their seat when he has the puck

I think Darcy gave him a big deal before the kid was mentally and emotionally ready for it . Ruff and Rolston stifled his game. Would love to see the Sabres hire someone that was a standout defenseman to mentor Myers along with all our other defensive prospects.

Honestly IMO he will be absolutely fine. Yes he had rough patches in year 3, and year 4 he sucked, but last year I thought he was our best player most nights.

I hope he really steps up this year and silences the critics. But that is not likely in Buffalo no matter how well he plays.

Myers will never be a game breaker, the guy is a head case, when your head ain't right you will never be a winner. They gave him 10 million dollars before season started and he didn't even show up to play in shape, that tells you a lot. He has the confidence of a 4th grade school kid, very insecure.

Meaning or no meaning ..........another TV game we can get lit up on.

Subban is a joke a 1/2 season Norris trophy winner and a 2014 gold medalist???? LOL
he barely play in the Olympics.

Subban is not 9million dollar worthy and MOST CERTAINLY not in the category of ELITE player in all of the NHL.
