That's nice and all, but the 190 disappeared. Digging underground to accommodate the 190 doesn't seem too feasible.
I love the look though. As a former architecture major who loves city planning sort of things, it's like porn to look at. - stashu
Reading the article, it looks like they would want to cut the 190 off before the stadium and allow you to get back on after the stadium. Not sure how well that will go over. |

One of my buddies is good friends with Whaley, apparently Pegula basically owns this team already and the NFL is just trying to save face by having other bidders.
Also, Downtown stadium is a priority by Jacobs (Delaware North) and Pegula |

USA dominates SWE 7-1. Compher (2 PPA), Fasching both excellent. Johansson clearly not as sharp as Sat. Olofsson blanked.

I like the idea of this but it would be a huge change. Maybe that's what the city needs, but a lot of change real fast. Here's hoping whatever happens works |

Hey I'm the first person to be pessimistic about the Bills.
All I know from them is failure, however the Sammy Watkins trade changed things in my perspective. There is serious talent here. Undeniable talent IMO.
Spiller, Watkins, Woods, Goodwin
Mario, Dareus, Aaron Williams, Gimore.
All potential game changers. - sbroads24
If the WR's can't catch passes then are they really positive game changers? |

I am gay for Pegula
Advice, go buy seasons now. Get in on the ground floor if you want to be in the new stadium. |

Its a great looking plan. It's feasible. However where are they redirecting incoming down town traffic if they are eliminating the 2 biggest exits into downtown?
Does anyone think the surrounding neighborhoods are going to want a clover leaf/Exit installed further North or South? Buffalonians have a freaking cow when they want to expand the Peace Bridge Plaza, imagine the stink they would put up with increased traffic in a different neighborhood. |

Buffalo need to correct the Bills like decision making that has happened over the past century. Now if they could only undo horrendous mistake that is route 33. Bring back the Humbolt Parkway. Buffalo never needed it. |

I-90 will now go underground - under the stadium, so perhaps those exits remain too but go underground. It doesn't appear to be labeled that way though, since it does display "depressed I-90" for where it goes underground, but nothing labeled like that for Oak/Elm.
Even just moving a less complicated I-90 underground would take a TON of work and time, so it doesn't seem all that realistic, IMO. |

Major Infrastructure projects do take years to complete, not to mention years to get approval. While this project seems unlikely, its does simplify the down town area and creates a Sports entertainment Hub that all three venues would benefit from. This could gather traction quickly since the Buffalo renaissance is happening now.
I am just curious on how the incoming traffic inlets will be relocated. That Niagara street exit would be a nightmare |
