they are fine if your looking to kill 90 minutes and be entertained

if your looking for quality acting and a great plot, stay away

Seems to me that the QB is either loved or hated by the fans. Really no in between, not unlike the goaltending position in hockey 6 or 7 years ago.

EJ sucks. Should he get a pass because he isn't white? No.


I don't want to hear any excuses like "its his 2nd year", "he was hurt last", "he needs time". The Bills haven't made the playoffs in 15 years. They don't need a stop gap at quarterback, the need a superstar. How those people could be so dumb as not to realize that is beyond me.

I just feel it is way to early for hate . Not a big enough body of work . I get skeptical but not the hate . The racist angle scares me . Hope it is not the fact . But you may be right.

look at Kelly's stats his "rookie" year and add a few years in the usfl before it, his numbers were not much better given all his extra experience before he came to Buffalo

I posted Tannehill and Dalton's rookie numbers compared to EJ's and they are incredibly similar. Both of whom took a big leap in year 2.

If he isn't at the 3000 yard 20 TD mark this year then he needs to be replaced

Right now, people just need to be patient

I just feel it is way to early for hate . Not a big enough body of work . I get skeptical but not the hate . The racist angle scares me . Hope it is not the fact . But you may be right.

clearly they see something in him or they would have grabbed a backup vet

Thing is you don't just get superstar QBs. I don't think EJ will ever be a superstar but I don't think he's absolutely terrible. I'd like to actually see him play enough that I can make that call but so far I haven't been able to do that. Just like I can't call Reinhart a bust right now.

15 years with no playoffs and quarterback has been the glaring problem the whole time and for a second straight year we get this.

I don't "hate" EJ Manuel and I don't think he will be Ryan Leaf bad, but I just don't understand the lack of urgency in getting a proper QB. I know you can't just pluck a QB off the Tom Brady tree, and sometimes you have to live with a stop gap guy for a bit. But the Bills did what they always do. Get their "guy", eliminate any competition at the position, starting selling his jerseys front and center in the Bills store. Then in year 3 or 4 they will throw him under the bus and do the same thing all over.

Last time I checked, both Manning's, Rodgers, Ryan, etc. all had jobs, Kelly and Marino were retired, Vick is a scumbag (that was for you, DD) and Tannehill, even with similar numbers (according to some on here), is way better than EJ ever will be (even though he's only played 10 games).

"Star" players who went on to accomplish nothing, some of which embarrassed themselves and got shorter deals and a lesser term than expected. We got paid handsomely to move all of them. Moving on.
