Um, it can be spelled with the 'E' or without it and that's how you spell his name according to NHL.com. As for the 45 games, this past year Rask played 58 games, the most in his career. 36, 23, 29, 45 are the four years before last year that Rask played.
Rask has played one more year that Cory. Cory's last four years, 45, 30, 33, 25.

Want to include that he helped Finland win a Bronze.

Start a blog about top three goalies and he is on that list too.

Don't point to tuuuuuuka as a reason that an unproven player should be a top goalie in the league.

And, FYI, the year after Tim Tomas had the best year a goalie ever had in the history of the NHL (beat hasek's SV% single season record .938, won the Vezina, won the Con Smythe, AND WON THE CUP) he was only ranked around 84 in NHL13.
Not even near the top for goalies.

So......don't put much stock into the EA ratings. I posted before, they are crap, especially when Crosby is a top Defensive player in the league. You know, above the, Toews, charas, bergerons, kopitars as well as many of the of NHLs BEST DEFENSMEN.

You really love the devils, I respect that.
Scheider did not "bring the canucks" to the playoffs. He was not their starting goalie. He was the backup. BACKUP. He played well, but he has never ever ever had a full season to prove himself.

The other guys you mentioned proved something beyond numbers. CS has not.

Why must you come on to Todd's blog every day and just completely disagree with everything he said and the other posters say?

When it comes down to it, all he's arguing is that statistically Schneider should be up there in the rankings, and he proves that with stats. The trophy argument, to me, is always some last ditch excuse to justify someone being better then another. Peyton has won 1 Super Bowl and Eli has 2, does that make Eli better? Jagr only won two Stanley Cups but a guy like Brylin won 3, does that make him better?

In essence, a video game should reflect a players actual ability. If Crawford wins the Cup it doesn't necessarily mean he should be rated higher then someone with better stats and that hasn't won anything. Based on stats and their actual play, Schneider should be rated a lot higher, and definitely higher then some of the goalies he's below.

No ones saying that Rask isn't good, they're just saying that someone saying Cory doesn't deserve to be considered up there with the top goalies because he's never played 60+ games can be used against Rask as well
