This .gif is hilarious. But its just a physical mistake, players make them all the time. This one just happened to be pretty egregious. But I worry much more about players who are prone to stupid mental mistakes.
I dont know what it would take to get Bagosian, but I wouldn't give up the house.
I have heard rumor of Schenns for Bagosian. Maybe.... - MBFlyerfan
Most scouting reports I've ever seen on Bogosian all agree that he is mobile, skilled and possesses good hockey sense. Plus, I'm pretty sure you can find a clip of every dman in the league making at least one bad, physical mistake. Stuff happens. |

That's a tough one. I'd like to move something besides Coburn. If they could replace Coburn with any other defenseman on the roster, plus an additional pick or prospect, I'd strongly consider it.
I just don't see the need to add offense as drastic as the one to add defense, and while Bogosian might, in time, equal or better Coburn, it's still a lateral move in terms of the defense now...and likely in the short term(2-4 years) future. - Jsaquella
I know what you mean. What if they took VL as part of the package? |

Let me gas up my car so I can make it to Manitoba to drop them off. |

Would you guys do coburn and B Schenn for Bogo and Kane?
Ediit: plus leier - PhillySportsGuy
I'd think about, but no. Swapping Coburn for Bogo still leaves a large hole on the top pair and at least Coburn has shown himself to be very durable. Also I'm not convinced that Kane is much, if any, an upgrade over Schenn.
Now if it was both Schenns and Leier for Bogo and Kane, sure. |

Yeah, that would sway me. Now who's going put the gun to Vinnie's head to convince him to go to Winnipeg? |

Maybe, depends on which prospect and what's coming back in the deal. |

Any rumor involving the Jets is not going to happen. Their management is like the RAJ. They ask for waaaayyyy too much in return. They haven't made an NHL player(s) for NHL player(s) deal in 3 years. Only team in the league that hasn't - PhillySportsGuy
Haha this. Thrashers made so many clunkers, I'm not surprised the Jets are gun shy. |

There is a part of me that says I don't care which one of the kids go as long as vinny and streit take their contracts with them.
there would be more involved, but vinny, streit and any young d man in the org for Bogo and then go sign Penner for a year.
Being rid of the contracts of older players has a high value to me |

Me - coffee junkie
It all depends on who and for whom.
If say, Winnipeg is willing to take Streit for Bogo, but they also want Morin and Laughton to complete the deal, my answer would be no way.
However if they were willing to take Vinnie, Hagg, and a 2016 2nd, then my answer would be yes. |

That deal I would do. I think Kane is an upgrade over B Schenn and would look good with G and Jake.
Luke played well and was our best Dman in playoffs. I give him credit I know he made his mistakes but his game improved during the season. He is the same age as Bogosian and maybe Bogosian is better but Luke is improving and he rarely misses a game due to injury.

There's no way I'm moving Morin or Sanheim to get Bogo. Both, IMO, have potential to be better players than Bogosian.

I'd probably do the Schenns for Bogosian, assuming nothing else was added. It's a stiff price, but it provides the Flyers with a very good young defenseman with a load of potential. The money works out well and it does open a center spot to place Lecavalier at his preferred spot. - Jsaquella
We can't trade Luke AND Brayden Schenn for him. Luke was only taken 1 pick behind him. As we all know, talent is proportional to draft order, as superstars are only available in the top 5-10 picks. So why would we give up a lot just to move from 5 to 3? |

It's possible but I do find it hard to believe all of Morin, Sanheim, Gostisbehere, Hagg and Alt will make the Flyers together. There will always be that temptation to upgrade and improve. |

Pronger once made a mistake. He glared at the puck and it came right back to him out of fear. |

Not at all. Streit actually acquitted himself quite well last year after about 1 1/2 months adjusting. We'll see how that looks in 2-3 years, but so far he's okay.
If there's no market for Vinny, then you play him and maybe trade him at the TDL. No reason to dump young talent for the sake of moving contracts. Deal with it for the time being. |

Morin would be the hard one for me, other than that, I find the value of the cap space to make it worth it.
There is no way, IMO, that the jets are making a direct deal with the flyers for what they need give up to get the player and the cap space.
has to be a third team if it is actually true |

I dont see Hextall trading any of our young prospects away unless its for a veteran once we are ready to make a serious cup run. |

I dont want to move any of our D prospects. They are the Flyers future blue line right now. You know the one that we trade away turns into a cup champ or a hall of famer and we get the bust in return. |
