Look at who the top rated WR were from that class. IN general the WR Class as a whole. (I was big on Sweed)
Desean Jackson is really the only one who amounted to anything. Jordy Nelson is a product if a good situation (Not to take anything away from the guy)

Id forgotten how bad the WR class was. Interesting the Bills got both WR's I love watching. Was living in Cincy then so watch both UK and IU like every week. They were both exciting players to watch. Stevie was fortunet to be on the 4 year cycle at UK 3 bad 1 good |

Jackson should have never fell outside of the 1st. He was a 1st round talent.
I wanted us to draft him so bad but I knew we were gonna get a big WR |

I just remember him being a great punt returner, if im not mistaken think he had off field issues in college which as we all know drops along with size doesnt help. Those were some good Cal teams 07 08 |

Here's a little optimism to add to your day. Take a look at the bust rate of picks around pick 10 in the past 15 years, then look at the 1st round busts the Bills had in the past 15 years.
99 - 23rd Overall, Antoine Winfield (+)
00 - 26th Overall, Erik Flowers (-)
01 - 21st Overall, Nate Clements (+)
02 - 4th Overall, Mike Williams (-)
03 - 23rd Overall, Willis McGahee (+)
04 - 13th Overall, Lee Evans (+), 22nd Overall, JP Losman (-)
05 - None
06 - 8th Overall, Donte Whitner (+), 26th Overall, John McCargo (-)
07 - 12th Overall, Marshawn Lynch (+)
08 - 11th Overall, Leodis McKelvin (+)
09 - 11th Overall, Aaron Maybin (-), 28th Overall, Eric Wood (+)
10 - 9th Overall, C.J. Spiller (+)
11 - 3rd Overall, Marcell Dareus (+)
12 - 10th Overall, Stephon Gilmore (+)
13 - 16th Overall, EJ Manuel (?)
14 - 4th Overall, Sammy Watkins (probably ++)
12 Successes to a certain degree, 5 busts in 15 years, which makes a 71% success rate, believe it or not. Not bad.
Using an analysis performed by a Browns blogger, there's a 49.1% bust rate. http://www.clevelandfrown...nd-round-nfl-draft-picks/

He had some good receiving numbers too.
Cal ran a lot back then If I'm not mistaken. They had Lynch and a few other runners that ended up going pro |
