Why the Flyers dont just sign him to a one year deal is beyond me.

He is better than any LW we have right now.

Gagne has been counted out many times and has over come every single time. You never know how well a player can play unless you offer an opportunity. This might be a surprise for some but hardly a shock for me. Good for him.

Raffl hasn't proven he's better then Gagne. Umberger only might be better then Gagne. People use age and an excuse. I'd be more concerned about injury history.

Extraskater is shut down cause the NHL changed its sharing policy. They can be such bumholes sometimes.

I dont think he wants to come back here anymore, and he isnt better than every LW (or LW capable guy) who we have right now, especially not after missing a full season. That being said, I hope he kills it for the Bruins.

I think the Flyers, especially since Hextall's been here as Assistant GM, see something in Gagne (declining wheels maybe?) and just don't want him on the team anymore, period.

Thats the point. If he is healthy... in a full season he could still produce at least 25 goals. I would be willing to put money on it.
