Limit your expectations of your young players. If Turris reaches his peak he will be an excellent 2C, like Kadri on our side. There's nothing wrong with that.

Agreed 100%. Add to that Legwand, who's phenomenal in his own right and i think the Sens have three of the best centres in the NHL. I predict they will be serious contenders for the Cup this year. At the very minimum Eastern Conference Finalists.

Absolutely. I think he'll be a good top 6 player. The kid can score and has decent speed/skills...don't know if he'll make the team this year though.

Was that Jussi or Olli Jokinen in the blog's chart? I'm guessing Jussi, but that's more a factor of the teams and linemates he's been with in the last three years underlining my assumption.

Jokinen is underrated to be honest. He's not the fastest guy but is smart with the puck and has an awesome knack for the puck around the cage.

Off course Malkin had a lot to do with his success but he produced without Geno as well...just like Dupuis produced at almost the same pace while Crosby was out.

What do you mean? It's about time these guys stop being so down on their team. You don't often here Sens fans bigging up their own players, but if you read carefully and keep your ears to the ground you can find the truth.

MacArthur is one of the better wingers in the league and it's a toss-up between wanting Clarke or JVR.

Turris and MacArthur are better than Kessel (forgetting production s important to understand this one though)

Stone(no idea who this guy is)/Puempel/Hoffman/Prince(?)/Lazar (who i like) should be able to make the jump to the NHL with relative ease.

Giroux's a poor mans Pageau.

Kessel is a better player than either of those two, and I'd rather him on my team than both of them. That being said you guys will get great value from Turris on his contract, and good value on MacArthur's.

Then you throw in Mac (who is a legitimate top 6 forward on a cup contender; a top line player on a lot of teams) then I'll take those two over Kessel; especially when contracts are considered
