I would have to think this thing sells out, or gets pretty close, with probably a majority of ticket buyers coming from Canada. |

New Bills article on BN:
There have been three nonbinding bids for the Buffalo Bills, according to Forbes magazine, and Sabres owner Terry Pegula’s bid of $890 million is the highest.
The Forbes report, citing sources familiar with the sale of the Bills franchise, indicates the Toronto group including Larry Tanenbaum, Jon Bon Jovi and Ed Rogers bid $820 million and Donald Trump’s bid was $809 million. |

Reports of the North of $1 billion bids have been greatly exaggerated? |

Did you see the article that said the Cowboys were worth $3.2 billion?

Then it probably still outdraws the Canisius-St. Bonaventure/UB-Niagara basketball double header there about a month later. |

jerry jones may be looked upon as a complete dumb-a$$ when it comes to football ops...but when it comes to branding, marketing and making money, he's one of the best |

The 6'0" 185 lb. McDavid had 99 points in 56 games for the Otters last season and has been drawing "once in a generation" comparisons to Sidney Crosby. - Michael Pachla
Out of genuine curiosity, what's everyone's definition of "generation?" Shouldn't it be at least 18 years? |

Well, at least the first 3 picks aren't in the lottery until '16. Really, the discussion within the league of change to the system began after the Oilers snagged the #1 3x consecutive.
But, cheer up. You might end up getting both McDavid & Eichel next June, so that's something to look forward to. |

Well, being that I already spend enough money on my season tickets, if I can save a few bucks, why not. Personally, I don't like to throw away money if it's not necessary. But, if you have so much, feel free to make a donation.

I hear you, but I don't know what Sabres season tix are like, but I pay about $3700 for 2 Flyers seats, so +/-$15 won't kill me. Maybe you can just sacrifice eating out once during the year and allocate that money+ to the game. Or maybe you can sell a few of your Sabres tix, and have money for the Otters game and then some. But if a discount from $15 to $12 or $10 is the difference for you, go for it. If you really need the extra $2 or $3 to make ends meet, then I would gladly donate it to you. |

It's not a matter of making ends meet. It's more a matter of the benefit of having season tickets. I might as well take advantage of the things they offer to us. That's the point of it. |

I'll pass. Those that I'd be ok with hanging out with from here, I've already met. So I'm good. Plus, I have plenty of friends to go with. Don't need anymore. |
