I would love for property values to be higher there, but you're right. It's not there now. It's possibly on the right track, but there needs to be more industry downtown. As soon as these projects are done, the community should grow. That would be ideal.

As much as we talk about harborcenter, the work around the medical campus, stretching to Larkinville, has been the major source of development in the area. The jobs and money that area is attracting and will attract should have a huge impact.
