I'm not saying the lack of punishment for the rest makes sense. But I understand why he got in trouble for drinking in his house.

The disciplinary actions by the NFL are just as baffling to me as they are in the NHL. It never makes any sense and the majority of the time, the punishment is tailored to the player and not the offense.

It hurts me to write this: EJ just does not seem to have the intangibles to be a franchise QB!!
I really feel sorry for all Bills fans (including myself).
This franchise just can't seem to get it right when it comes to drafting a QB.
And with burning the 1st pick for next year, we are set back for another 3-5 years!

The Bills would have either never drafted Wilson, never played him or just cut him regardless of the results just to avoid controversy. That's why EJ has no real competition.

They were Dumb..they should have kept him 2 years while EJ learned how to function in the NFL. Now they have a kid who has been injured multiple times and is still skittish. Fitz would have done just fine for the Bills Despite his inability to finish off games. At least you could hang your hat on 3000 yds and 20+ TDs a year.

I wont ruin another page of this board with my feelings about this Bills. They really just have poor leadership. I could go on and on. Hopefully Pegula gets them, cleans house and puts people in the have integrity, football smarts and class like he has done with the Sabres.

Granted it was back in 2011, either right before or right after Pegula bought the team, but they were ranked #3 in "teams players would least like to play for" in the NHLPA Players' poll.
