I would take Penner tbh. Add him, and assume Laughton makes the club and you can defintely run four lines that can score

Penner is absolutely not a player you want on the 4th line in my opinion. If he can't play on a scoring line, then he has no place on the team. You want good all around players who can skate, forecheck, and play a responsible two way game on the 4th line. It's not all about offense. Akeson isn't a player suitable for the 4th line either in my view.

So swap Akeson and Raffl. 4 lines that can score. Penner will be no worse than Rosehill. If it's a team where you think you need that extra grinding power you dress Rinaldo.

It's not about comparing players and Penner and Rosehill. Rosehill is a 13th forward. Penner is not the type of player you want on the 4th line. I want energy players who play a solid all around game and can provide a solid forecheck and sound defense. That you can use in a defensive checking role at times and you can trust on the ice late in a tight game in the 3rd period.

I called Penn Transit and The Fresh Grocer. Both found nothing. If the city of brotherly love mantra holds up, some low life degenerate took it. Plan is to talk to a manager to see if I can watch security footage. I can name pretty much the exact time I lost it, I think.

So, that really (frank)ing sucks. A lot. Like a whole (frank)ing lot. I'm actually really upset. Hardly talked to anyone all day. I'm scared honestly. Focused exactly none all day since this was on my conscience, and then the only bright spot I had all day was 3:00 when I had plans to see my better half, and something came up. She had to split from campus. So the rug came out of my feet there. Normally I wouldn't give a poop, but today, it really sucked. Been drinking since 5.

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on Jason Akeson? He was a really good junoirs player. A pretty good minor league player. Now I wouldn't be surprised if he got more of a shot but I really able to buy into the hype of his storyline in the playoffs like NBC was able to. He actually reminds me more of a Stefan Ruzicka.

I see no reason why he shouldn't get a good, legitimate shot to make the team. He showed good smarts, the ability to read a play offensively, didn't seem lost of defense as some suggested he would.

Will he pan out? Who knows? He's not a can't miss guy, but he sure seems like he's got the brains and work ethic to make it work
