Clearly worried about their sophomore quarterback, Manuel was allowed to handle three drives in the exhibition finale. He didn't deliver, while losing Sammy Watkins to a rib aggravation. Manuel wraps the preseason 50-of-82 passing (60.2 percent) for 517 yards (6.30 YPA), one touchdown, three turnovers, and six sacks taken. We'll be streaming fantasy defenses against the Bills this year.

One can only hope the playcalling was, in fact, ultra vanilla during the preseason. I'm with you. I don't think EJ Manuel is a franchise quarterback, and I don't subscribe to the fact that the Bills can get away with a Flacco-type either. Like I've said before, you need to be absolutely dominant, as in the best in the league, at some other facet of the game (usually defense) to do that. The Bills have looked good on defense in the preseason, but I think the secondary is going to give them more problems than they realize. Also, they brought in Brandon Spikes to stop the run, but he's absolutely terrible against the pass, and NFL coaches know this. You are going to see teams throw the ball a lot against this team.

I guess when you draw your number you have to then tell who your keeper is. I told the commissioner I want to pick my number last.

I'll probably go with Graham or Lacy. Just depends on where I end up picking and who everyone else is keeping.

There is a huge misconception that Peyton Manning, Tom Brady or the NFL's best defense in years ends up winning the SB every year and that's hardly true. It's more like the NHL than people think, sometimes the hot team rolls through and takes it.

They are never going to realize it. The management in place is inept because they were never held to a higher standard.
