Just tasted the belgian pale ale I brewed about a month ago. It's reeeally smooth and thirst-quenching. Gave a bottle to the GF's father, who's a Bud/Molson Dry guy, and to a beer geek friend. Both enjoyed it a lot.


Kept the recipe, but will never be able to reproduce it, considering the many (frank)ups during the brewing process
