When he bought the Sabres he inherited a team with one of the longest tenured, most beloved coaches in Buffalo sports history. The coach, GM and many players had been to conference championships together. It was more than an easy decision. The most successful person in the Bills organization is a backup QB with a .500 record who got signed last week and hasn't taken a snap yet. Enough said.

When I bring that up, I usually say that in jest. The only thing is that I believe that Whaley might be retained a bit longer considering that he wasn't actually the one that hired Marrone (Nix did), and Pegula seems to love all things from Pittsburgh when it comes to sports.

Absolutely agree. It caught my wifes eye during season 3 so we watched the first 3 seasons on Netflix and made it a point to watch every episode each week. However we haven't caught the final season yet. Thankfully Netflix to the rescue.

Absolutely agree. It caught my wifes eye during season 3 so we watched the first 3 seasons on Netflix and made it a point to watch every episode each week. However we haven't caught the final season yet. Thankfully Netflix to the rescue.

I became hooked in the first season. The line "go to a place where everyone is a jello shot away from alcohol poisoning. The one person there that can walk a straight line...that's your surveillance guy" is when I knew that it was going to be great.
