While ive taken my fair share of blows to the head these past 27 yrs I think I may have actually suffered my first concussion today. These aren't much fun.

You have to rest and stay out of bright lights .
I had one playing when I was younger in retrospect and it didnt affect me as much as one in 2008 when my car was T boned on the driver side at a light and my head whipped both ways as I was driven into a comcast van on my right. That took a month to feel like my head was normal- the symptoms suC* and the thought processes are muddled. Dont overdo things, time and patience is key.
