that's the rule but they don't all taste overly sweet. they just (frank) with the mash bill to do all different things depending on the other ingredients.

part of what i love about buying all different bourbons is seeing which ones are sweet and which ones are spicy and which ones have whole new different tastes i can't even describe (like the buffalo trace and the bernheims, which i am not sure how to really describe either taste).
