Its not too pricey if you grab it at duty free - in fact, very worth it IMO - I'll never get decent scotch at the LCBO - its too expensive.

i can get glenlivet 12 here for less than they want for JW Gold though.

hell, glenlivet and glenfiddich 15 are both the same price here as JW Gold. i just can't see myself ever buying a bottle of the gold when i can get them for the same price. i'll have to try it at a bar.
