So many people don't even know about him. I feel bad for people my age who think Aziz Ansari and Dane Cook are real comedy - PhillySportsGuy
Aziz is ok.
I think Louis CK and especially Bill Burr are the funniest men on the planet right now. Dane Cook is a clown.

Nobody is funnier than Louis. I just howl in laughter, even alone, when watch his routines. |

I feel bad for people who think that George Lopez and Jeff Dunham are funny.
And totally with you on Dane Cook.

I'm the same with Bill Burr. I bet he could read the phone book and make me laugh.

The NFL has to do something. I saw a graphic that there were 39 suspensions in the NFL for week one. When beating your wife gets 2, and taking Sudafed gets you 4, there is definitely something out of wack. - MBFlyerfan
It's ridiculous. The amazing thing is at the time of the assault it was his girlfriend. Not only did she stay with him, she married him. That's pathetic. The entire situation is a nightmare for the NFL. They couldn't have handled this any worse. |

I don't know if I'm in an overactive minority or not, but I would say that, if the NFL is going to punish players for off-field activities, which they do, then you should be banned for life for domestic abuse (extenuating circumstances notwithstanding). There is zero reason for a man to ever hit a woman short of him fearing for his life/life of others, and these guys are much, much stronger than the average man.
I was a big fan of Ray Rice despite the fact that he was a Raven, and that all went right out the window when this story broke. (frank)ing scumbag. |

They can't just change the suspension though. Players union would fight that tooth and nail - PhillySportsGuy
I'm sure they would. And it would make Rice look even worse. Very interested to see what happens here. I don't know all the legalities in play here, but based on this tape being released, I'd be surprised if Rice plays this year. Just my opinion. |

Agreed. That tape is tough to watch. I would have zero issue with him being banned for life. I'm disgusted that he's not in jail. |

I would ban for 1 year then ban for life on a second offense. Goodell is such a wussy. He's so reactive instead of proactive on things. He admitted to making a mistake on the rice suspension but only after people got all upset |

I'd rather have a system where the NFL doesn't punish them for off-field activities, but player contracts have termination options for run-ins with the law. If an organization wants to cut ties with a player for his conduct, I think that is reasonable, but otherwise let the law handle the punishment. |

Players union would never agree to that. They already have so many non-guarantees in their contracts. They won't cave to that |
