Having seen it she was totally justified in using force, she I believe was pregnant (correct me if I'm wrong), and wasn't the primary aggressor. He went after her and she tried to get him to back up after the first little shove /hit, then Ray decked her. While I agree that no form of pysical force is acceptable, from a legal standpoint she did nothing wrong.
