Like the new avatar...The League is one of my favorite shows - TPC
I watched the first couple of seasons religiously, then I saw the commercials during the Simpsons marathon and binge watched the whole series.
This season has started off well, too |

Yea it has. I have loved every season. You would think a show focused on fantasy football would get stale after a couple of seasons but they have enough talent and material to keep us entertained. Me and my friends want to steal their idea from season 2 with the Vegas draft. |

Do you say to yourself, ‘I’m going to do this until I’m in the ground?’

I know Mr. McGibblets is a fictional character, but that show makes him feel so damn real. When I have kids I feel like it is my responsibility to teach them all the songs. |

Tough loss for Plymouth, that was potential offense they needed. |

So, my take on some of the defensive prospects from a whole hour (!) of prospect camp:
Shayne Gostisbehere - very noticeable out there. Very confident with and without the puck. First thing I saw when I walked in was him absolutely blast one in. Very decisive in stepping up at the blue line, recovered quick, and was very hungry to have the puck.
Samuel Morin - hard to say for sure as the drills are not very physical, but was beat wide a number of times. A power skating class could help him out a bit. Positioning and reach will be a key to his game as it stands right now. Was able to muscle players off of 50/50 pucks.
Mark Alt - second best looking player out there. Seemed to have good instincts, and was able to make good reads on both ends. Nothing flashy, but very steady and very confident.
Robert Hagg - fairly low-key play. Positioning looked good, was able to handle the puck fairly well...basically like Alt, but not as fluid or confident.
Jesper Petterson - very intense. Kind of reminds me (looks-wise) of Erik Gustafsson. Was not afraid to throw himself into a corner battle, sometimes for the better and some for the worse.
Travis Sanheim - virtually unnoticeable.
Just my take on limited viewing. |

Today I learned if you contract tetanus, and it goes untreated, your muscles will keep contracting and bend you backwards into a C formation until you literally break your spine. Then, your muscles will only stay contracted and will continue to pull on and stress every bone in your body until they all break.
That poop is terrifying.
Please vaccinate.
Back to studying.
Bye. |
