Bills 2-0. Manuel not so shabby once again - sbroads24
Manuel has a winning record as a starting QB too.
Next week should be interesting. I would love to see this Bills team with Bradham Spikes and Kiko in at the same time.
If the Bills can handle Rivers and Gates next week we could be seeing something special in the making. |

I think he's 6-6 as a starter. However the Atlanta game should have been a win and he left the field ahead of Cleveland and New England last year.
He's progressing, no one can say otherwise |

Even so the Bills have scored the most points in the East and given up the least. 4th best point differential in the NFL. It's only 2 weeks in but I'm liking what I am seeing. He is making those intermediate throws that he didn't make last season and should have had a deep one early in the game. He still misses on some throws but as long as they hit the ground and aren't picked off I will not complain |

wouldn't you say every game this year will be a big test for them? - Michael Pachla
This is true, allow me to elaborate on what I meant. San Diego IMO is much better team than their last two opponents. So can the bills continue to prove that they are a team to be reckoned with and beat a legit contender. |

Happy for the Bills. EJ looked OK, did what he needs to do...manage the game. He took some nice shots down the field when it presented its self. |

He made 2 bad throws today that I saw. No turnovers
I still don't like the play calling in the red zone. Too conservative. We will have to open it up more against other teams |

Also, Seantrel Henderson was a damn steal.
Maybe that Whaley dude knows a thing or two |

Henderson has second round, possibly first round talent. He had major off field issues which caused him to fall. Hopefully, he stays out of trouble. It was like Da'rick Rogers last year, only he seems to be a bit smarter. |

I know his history. Difference between Whaley and former Bills personnel is the fact that they drafted him anyways.
He shut down Cameron Wake, might have been the teams best player |

The team is making plays. Actual plays, plural, all game long. They pass the eyeball test when you think of a competitive football team.
I'm still waiting For EJ to have a 'breakout' game. Something that shows us he is able to take over a game. It will only come in a game with a superior opponent. Hopefully we see that sooner rather than later. |

Hackett is going to have to get a little more aggressive in the red zone.

Yea, I agree. I also think that they need to let him loose a little bit in the red zone. However he is progressing nicely. His downfield throws were nice, the one to Chandler was an excellent throw, placed it only where Chandler could get it.
I also liked his play on 3rd downs, made a few nice reads and escaped pressure. Seems they are developing him the right way. |

“We weren’t worried,” Spiller said, via Monday Morning Quarterback. “We’ve got a bunch of guys who are not selfish and have come together confident that we’re a good team. People put too much emphasis on the preseason. I’ve always through that. It doesn’t matter. Nobody on the outside had any faith in us in the preseason, and probably nobody does now. That is fine with us.” |

I had to go back and check the stats to make sure that I didn't miss something. I thought for sure they had to have gotten to EJ at least once. But nope. Not 1 sack. After Miami had 2 strip fumbles against Brady last week, I couldn't believe it. Henderson quietly had a very good day. |

ESPN has no clue about Hockey nor do they care about it. |
