You might be right but as a center he is a 3rd liner. IMO he doesn't have the hands/top end skill to be a top 6 guy but be at the very top end of a 3rd line role. If the plan goes well and we draft McEickel we will be solid down the middle with McEikel Rienhart and Gergensons.

I would gladly put Girgs on the third line if our top 2 centers are 2 of Reinhart (assuming he adapts), Grigorenko (assuming he adapts), and one of McDavid/Eichel (assuming we can draft one of them).

I feel Grigorenko will be a winger though if we get the McDavid/Eichel type player.

dont mind him as an extra forward. In for Kaleta or Deslauriers when playing a less physical team...

I wish that when we switched back to the original logo here that they'd picked a brighter blue. It didn't have to be the same blue as before, but something a bit lighter than the navy they wear now. In some arenas, it looks like we're wearing black because of the lighting and how dark of a blue it is.

I've always liked the navy better. Then again, I'm partial to the uniforms of Notre Dame and Michigan in football. However, I think what really makes it look black is the shade of gold they use. Remember, the old uniforms had more yellow numbers like Pittsburgh's new thirds. This one's closer to gold. A brighter yellow would make the blue stick out more, no matter how dark it is.
