I can tell you why. Because we're all Buffalo fans. There's 2 kinds of us. Those of us that still try to find the positive in the terrible that we've had to deal with (I'm one of those) and those that will find every little thing to complain about (even when they win). - HonkFortheGoose
I guess Roby was benched yesterday, and Graham was pissed that he got such little playing time.
And seriously, play and throw to Mike Williams. Goodwin shouldn't see the field IMO unless Williams is hurt |

Is it just me or has hockey become extremely slow and boring to watch now ? First the NFL now the NHL. Both leagues need to do something to bring more excitement to their games. |

He was under duress a lot more yesterday than in the first 2 games. The O-line had a rough game. I thought he actually made a few nice plays by running it himself when the pocket collapsed to get at least a few yards instead of taking a sack.
The entire team looked pretty awful yesterday. So for there to be so many people posting on here how bad he was, they must not have paid attention to the rest of the guys on the field. Because they were all bad. - HonkFortheGoose
Manuel was about the same as he was the past two weeks, only under a little more pressure. The problem is that it's only good enough when the rest of the team is firing on all cylinders. If one of the other phases of the game isn't going so well, or if the opposing team is playing as well as the Bills are, it's not good enough. Take any one of Manuel's performances this year so far: Chicago, Miami, or San Diego, and the Bills still lose that game yesterday. |

They should go to a 3 WR set more often. Get Woods, Williams, and Watkins on the field as much as possible. The reason Spiller had that one great year was they spread the field and he was able to take advantage of it.
Also did I mention how terrible Chandler is? |

He does suck. But what's the difference, we don't know how to utilize the talent we have anyways, at least we didn't yesterday |

If he was, it really wasn't by that much, and only because neither Miami nor Chicago really got to him. He made a lot of the same type of throws, and missed the same types of throws as he did the first two weeks. Like I said, my concern always was, are these types of performances good enough when one or more facets of the team aren't at their best, which is going to happen throughout a season? Right now, I have yet to think that the answer is yes. |

I really don't think you can base that on a preseason game where a lot of players won't be on this roster. |

He is a terrible blocking TE which I know he isn't in there for but for the love of god if he negates another big gain by a dumb penalty I swear I'll lose it |

It just so happens that all phases of the Bills were outplayed yesterday. It wasn't just the run game couldn't get going therefore Manuel sucked. It was everything, field position, time of possession, blocking, penalties, QB play.
We were outplayed in all facets. Weeks 1 and 2 Manuel did a nice job of responding when the opposition put a drive together, yesterday he was the opposite |

The frustrating part about Chandler's holdings, and I think Watkins and Williams each had one as well is that they all occurred after the runner had gone by them. Once the runner goes by, let him go. You don't need to even touch the guy anymore. That's a sign of bad coaching as well.
That being said, the Bills have needed to upgrade at tight end for quite a while now. |

Is it bad that when he made that catch after EJ managed to Houdini himself out of a sack, I was waiting for him to fumble it. |

I hear you and maybe its just the fact
Ive been watching 82 + games of bad hockey in Buffalo for too many years now. Im glad the people in Buffalo have finally found an owner tho who will put his money behind the Bills and Sabres. |

I actually saw some things out of Reinhart that made me happy . His defensive play was good besides getting caught out of position on the lone goal . Also he made a few precise passes especially one in the third to Armia in the neutral zone.
But I guess if we had drafted Bennett we would be well on our way to a cup . Amazing how bitter some people are that we did not draft Bennett.

I think if you look at some of the recent similar number one draft picks ala Edmonton your looking at at least 5 years before you will know if Reinharts going to be the next Zach Parise. |

You are probably right . But we still should have drafted Bennett . Our scouts and GM have no idea what they are doing . They should all be fired .

The D played bad in the first half. But the chargers did get away with TWO pick plays that resulted in lots of yards.
The run game was crap. Screens to Freedy and then up the middle runs with CJ?? WTF? It should have been reversed.
Hackett sucks and EJ played like the kinda QB he actually is. BAD. |

Hackett's play calling is so predictable. Might as well post on the jumbotron what our next play will be.
