Nurse n Klefbom are more than likely both on the team in 2 years if not next year. Wonder where that leaves Ference. Will he play the last year/2 years as a #7 or be bought out or what?, I wonder. Also have to imagine Petry is as good as gone after this season. Klefbom-Schultz, Nurse-Fayne, Marincin-Petry would be great fits together long term. A shame

So MacT thinks Klefbom and Nurse will be great Dmen for the oilers for a decade and they've already got Marincin locked in on the left side. MacT thinks Schultz is gonna be elite and just inked Fayne to a 4 year deal, where MacT was the one looking for term.

Petry was the whipping boy on d for whatever reason the last couple seasons... If he turns heads this year we could offer him a decent deal and he remain in our top 4 fold...
