You gotta think Calgary's gonna be bad, Edmonton should be better but the West is brutal, Winnipeg looks directionless even though they have some interesting pieces.

In the East, Buffalo's picking Top 5, and Florida's got interesting pieces but I don't know that they can make a big move this year.

But two teams that smell bad to me, like the bottom might drop out, are Ottawa and Nashville. Something about those two teams...I think it's gonna be tougher for them than they likely do

Akeson is a tough one. He's looked really nice but he really needs to be in the top 6 and I don't know if the opening/fit is there for him.

Akeson needs to make really good decisions with the puck. I don't think he NEEDS to play top 6 (he could play on a 3rd line, with PP minutes), but he's got to make better decisions than he made that led to that Leafs SHG.
