why not? there is no unfair advantage and as Vantel pointed out, it's only logical to complete your roster once we are finished, and drop whoever is on your team that you don't want later.

And at this point, there are only a few half-decent players available, anyway, and it's unlikely there will be anyone who can reallly make a difference, unless it's with respect to a few categories like hits/blocks.
